Fridays are NLP Day at Graduate Center
Fridays are the day in which computational linguistic courses and informal research meetings are frequently held at CUNY Graduate Center. For details about some of these events, please sign up for the NLP-ANNOUNCE mailing list.
CUNY-NLP Seminar Series
The CUNY-NLP seminar series is a guest-speaker event held approximately five times per semester at the CUNY Graduate Center in Manhattan. A detailed calendar for the event is available here. Course Offerings: Fall
During the Fall semester, courses at CUNY Graduate Center in computational linguistics generally include: Methods in Computational Linguistics I (a course for linguistics students on programming and mathematical techniques used in NLP research) and Corpus Analysis: Advanced Natural Language Processing. Undergraduate and masters-level courses were also available at Hunter College and Queens College, including: Natural Language Processing.

During the Spring semester, courses at CUNY Graduate Center in computational linguistics generally include: Language Technologies: Speech and Language Processing (informally known as "NLP I") and Methods in Computational Linguistics II (a course for linguistics students on programming and mathematical techniques used in NLP research). Undergraduate and masters-level courses are also available at Hunter College and Queens College.
